This Arita/Hasami ware rice bowl features six gourds and floral motifs painted on smooth white porcelain. The design, called *mubyo* (six gourds), is a play on words meaning “good health without illness,” symbolizing a wish for well-being and peace. The gentle red tones, accented with purple and green, create a warm and elegant impression.
